The mood for a cup of hot mocha does strike me at times. Normally in the afternoons, when I am up to my neck deep in paperwork and there’s also a pile of emails that need replying to.
What a treat this Espresso Chocolate Cake is! Chocolate cake layers get brushed (read: soaked) in freshly extracted espresso, then they get sealed with chocolate ganache and you get this pretty awesome cake to celebrate adulthood.
Yay. (Because adults work and adults need caffeine.)
